I feel like poop. Too much phlegm.

I accidently applied for a job on Polk yesterday, but I'm going to follow through with it. It's in the perfect location, and who knows if anything is going to be available when I was planning on transferring. It's only a month ahead of time.

ARGH! BREATHE, LUNGS! BREATHE!

Joanna and I hung out last night and taaaalked and taaaaalked and overanalyzed everything like we usually do. She forgot the Pete & Pete episodes Esp had given her to give to me, but other than that, it was a fabulous evening. The main topic of conversation is how we hate when we feel like we're twelve again, or how when we're in certain situations we freeze. And it sucks.

I like blatantly ignoring customers. It's empowering. A quick up-and-down, a look that says, "I don't need to waste my time with you," and I turn back to my computer and look somewhat busy and important.

I've taken to overexagerrating my emotions. This isn't necessarily a new thing, but I'm actually making an effort to do this. This is what happens when I don't have hobbies (namely, theater) to use up my emotional energy. And it sucks, because it's the girl who cried wolf; it'll come a point when something really shitty will happen and no one will believe it's true. Aaron still can't tell if I'm fake crying or actually crying, though, so I have a little more time.

Off I got to look busy and unimportant by stuffing envelopes. It wasn't supposed to be this way.

one year ago today: i disappeared from the internet for a long time.

two years ago today: "I frown upon anything resembling bombs, perverse pornography (redundant...deal), or stalker-ish items. " and "If I'm cold, then it's so satisfying to bundle up, but if I'm hot it takes forever to cool down and in the meantime it's sticky and smelly and gross. ".

About me
Hi. Morgan, 27, of Santa Barbara, CA. I am a hypocritical admirer of rhetoric (when it is my own) and an observer of literary trends. A secret: I don't take anything very seriously, and that includes myself.
