Back to the grind: from school to work to school to homework to housework to bed. At least my commute isn't an hour both ways, like it was in San Francisco when I had to go to school out by freakin Cow Palace after a full 9-hour day of work. It's satisfying to be making money again. I tend to do better in school when it's a secondary priority, for some reason that I don't feel like figuring out right now. The good/bad news is, I have zero time for lunch. This means I wolf down the easiest thing in the morning and the quickest thing at night: I'll eat anything that's filling, regardless of health content or lack thereof. I'm going to go try to take a nap before I do the 100 pages of reading needed for tomorrow (which I literally couldn't do until tonight since the materials weren't available) and the subsequent response paper. I tried the nap thing last night and ended up watching Working Girl (the HAIR my GOD! Did anybody actually do their hair like that?!) while half-asleep and drooling like a zombie.
